Wild Nothing Hits Toronto on Free "Converse Rubber Tracks Live" Tour

BY Gregory AdamsPublished May 5, 2015

While Jack Tatum's jangly Wild Nothing project has been off the touring grid for a couple years now, the artist has now announced a last-minute batch of headlining shows as part the free "Converse Rubber Tracks Live" series.

The act is heading out on the road next week to headline the sneaker maker's latest "Rubber Tracks" trip, which has previously tapped acts like Blur, Deafheaven, Viet Cong and more. The trek starts on May 14 up in Canada at Toronto's Opera House and will feature an opening set from Montreal's Look Vibrant. U.S. shows in Boston, New York, Los Angeles and San Francisco are to follow.

You'll find all of the tour details down below. All the shows are free, and ticketing for the Toronto show opens on Wednesday (May 6) at 12 p.m. EDT. You can RSVP over here and get more info on the other dates here.

Tatum added over Facebook that Wild Nothing will be playing a mix of old and new material. Though details are slim, Tatum was in Stockholm, Sweden, at the beginning of January to start tracking the band's third full-length. Wild Nothing last issued Empty Estate in 2013.
