White Cowbell Oklahoma Head Out on Canadian Fall Tour with Big John Bates and the Paceshifters

BY Alex HudsonPublished Sep 22, 2014

Canuck six-piece White Cowbell Oklahoma released their album Buenas Nachas back in 2012, and now they're hitting the road in support of the expanded double-vinyl version of that collection on their 15th anniversary tour.

The outing runs for more than a month in November and December. In that time, the band will start on the West Coast and make their way across the Prairies, eventually wrapping up with a string of shows in Ontario and Quebec. Dutch rock outfit the Paceshifters will come along for the trek, and Big John Bates will participate in the Western Canadian leg.

See the schedule below. A press release notes that more dates will be announced, so it's possible that some of those gaps in the schedule in December will be filled in.

Scroll past the itinerary to stream the Tex-Mex-flavoured psych-rocker "(Just) Some Things a Man Can't Keep Inside" and the hard-charging "Take Me Down to Mexico." Both of these come from the enhanced new version of Buenas Nachas.
