Weeknight

"Dark Light" (video)

BY Alex HudsonPublished Jan 28, 2014

New York electronic duo Weeknight are releasing their album Post-Everything on Hand Drawn Dracula's Artificial Records imprint on March 4, and they've shared a video for the single "Dark Light."

Directed by Austin M. Kearns, the clip for this fuzzy electro-pop number is a very creepy affair. It contains religious imagery, candle-filled shrines, glow-in-the-dark face paint and choreographed dance routines. We don't admire the dancers whose job it was to chug a big bottle of amber liquid right in the middle of a routine.
