Last year, Vancouver-based noise merchants Weed delivered their fuzzy "With Drug"/"Eighty" single, and the group have just revealed they'll double their fun on a new, four-song follow-up EP called Gun Control.
Weed just dropped their latest collection of distorted pop bangers for free through their Bandcamp page, but the West Coast unit will also be issuing the EP outside of the digital world in May. A vinyl version of the set will arrive through Cruising USA, while Green Burrito will offer the collection on cassette. In the meantime, you can stream the whole thing below.
The physical versions of Gun Control should arrive just in time for Weed's North American tour. While the band will play two teaser shows down the West Coast of the U.S. this weekend, their extended tour schedule starts up May 3 with a hometown gig at Dynamo Gallery. From there, the band head east, stopping in four Canadian cities along the way (Winnipeg, Toronto, Kingston, and Montreal). You can catch the full schedule below the Gun Control tracklist.
