To hell with your conventional rules on where one should dance, Vancouver fuzz-lovers Weed are getting the party started wherever they please in the new video supporting Running Back track "Never Leave."
The video, directed by Nü Sensae's Andrea Lukic, is certainly one of the band's weirder ones. Like "Ben's Tour" before it, there's ample screen time given to skateboarding activities, but that's just the tip of the iceberg.
Vocalist Will Anderson is mostly seen busting a move in supermarkets and empty roads with a face-painted pal, who seems pretty glum when not shuffling her feet. There's also some sort of exorcism taking place mid-vid, while certain members of Weed manage to keeping running each other over with the band van.
