Wavves and Odd Future Wolf Gang Kill Them All may be working in different genres, but the two outfits are clearly like-minded when it comes to inciting controversy and stirring up blog buzz. It's not too much of a surprise, then, to learn that the two acts have a collaboration in the works.
The details are still scarce at this point, but on Saturday (May 14), Wavves leader Nathan Williams tweeted at Odd Future MC Hodgy Beats to say, "this OF + WVS shit is gonna be bonkers #real."
As you can see from this tweet, it's still totally up in the air as to what the result of this partnership will be. It could well be a remix, but more likely it's the final mystery collaboration from Wavves' upcoming EP. Last month, songwriter Nathan Williams revealed, "No title yet but t'll come out this summer and it will have a track with fucked up and best coast + one more collab shit will b bonkers."
