Following Wavves founder Nathan Williams' recent revelation that the project is due to drop a split 7-inch with Best Coast, the two Cali bands have now revealed that they'll be touring together in the new year.
The acts continue their long-documented relationship with the second "Summer Is Forever" trip. The co-headlining trek is the follow-up to a 2011 tour of the same name, not to mention an EP, and it will have them hitting various North American clubs between February and March. Joining the acts as the opener will be Cherry Glazerr.
Most of the dates are in the U.S., but all three bands make it up to Toronto for the lone Canadian tour stop. That show takes place at Danforth Music Hall on February 22. You'll find the rest of the date and venue details down below.
As previously reported, Williams will issue a Wavves/Best Coast split 7-inch this January through his Ghost Ramp imprint. The record kicks off the Ghost Ramp Monthly series, and will be followed up by a Wavves/Cloud Nothings 7-inch the next month. You'll find more info over here.
