Anyone that follows Wavves' Nathan Williams on Twitter knows that the guy has a thing for weed, The Price is Right and video games. But today the Twitterverse was treated to a Misfits cover courtesy of Williams.
He posted a cover of the Misfits' "Hybrid Moments," which originally appeared on the New Jersey punks' 1985 compilation Legacy of Brutality. Williams' version superimposes Wavves' trademark California noise pop sound to the track, giving the tune a surf-y makeover.
