The Weeknd Opens Up About Sobriety, Performance Anxiety and Working with Kendrick Lamar
The Weeknd is nearly ready to drop his latest LP, Starboy, but ahead of its arrival tomorrow (November 25), the Toronto singer sat down with Zane Lowe for an interview on his Beats 1 radio show.

A series of clips from that interview are available online now, letting listeners in on Abel Tesfaye's creative and collaborative processes (like working with "genius" Kendrick Lamar), as well as more personal matters like his struggle to stay sober and conquer performance anxiety.

To lighten the mood a bit, Lowe ends off by asking about Tesfaye's decision to switch up his signature hairstyle.

Check out the clips below.

Starboy will be previewed at a listening party in Toronto tonight (November 24), and celebrated with a hometown pop-up shop throughout the weekend. You can also see the Weeknd's upcoming tour dates here.
