JAY-Z is gearing up for a fall North American tour with Vic Mensa in support of this year's 4:44, but he's currently promoting the record in the UK. Earlier today (September 22), he dropped into BBC Radio's 1 as the featured guest on "Live Lounge."
In addition to a fairly substantial interview (in which he admits to copping the leaked Game of Thrones episodes), Hova treated listeners to a performance of 4:44 cut "Family Feud" and a throwback to "Numb/Encore."
The latter track originally appeared on the rapper's 2004 mashup EP with Linkin Park, Collision Course, and was prefaced with an homage to the band's late singer Chester Bennington. JAY-Z previously incorporated the collaborative track into his setlist at V Festival last month.
