When it comes to life's greatest joys, the extreme high that comes with finding a lost a wallet is definitely among them. Sometimes, in fact, such an event could even cause you to break out in song — or at least that's what Lemonheads hero Evan Dando just did at a Walgreens.
Last week, Dando put a call out on his rarely used Twitter asking if anyone had seen his lost wallet on "them streets." Before long, he got replay from a Walgreens employee in Cape Cod named Mike Ghelfi, who told Dando his lost wallet had been turned in at the store.
"I work at Walgreens in Falmouth and your wallet was just turned in to us," Ghelfi tweeted to Dando. "I'll keep it in the office safe until you can get it."
Rather amazingly, to say thank you, Dando treated the Walgreens staff to an impromptu acoustic rendition of It's a Shame About Ray classic "Confetti" — right by the school supplies and some massive bags of chips.
