Choir! Choir! Choir! have treated their emotionally charged performance at the U.S./Mexico border to its own video. Captured earlier this year, the clip finds the Canadian group — and a whole lot of friends — taking on the Beatles classic "With a Little Help from My Friends."

As the newly shared video documents, the event saw Choir! Choir! Choir!'s Nobu Adilman and Daveed Goldman leading an impromptu choir of strangers for a bilingual rendition of the song. As a press release puts it, "While the choir at the border was divided by the physical wall, the music knew no boundaries and voices together transcended the barrier."

In a statement, the group's Adilman said, "When you sing with others, you become bonded in ways that strengthen yourself and expand your sense of community. The opportunity to experience this with the people of San Diego and Tijuana, across the border and in two languages, was incredible and incredibly moving."

You can watch the video below.

As recently reported, Choir! Choir! Choir! will head out on a 2020 tour of Canada. You can see all the upcoming dates here.
