Watch Arcade Fire Perform on 'The Late Show with Stephen Colbert'

The show even kind of complied with the band's list of ridiculous demands

Arcade Fire prefaced their visit to The Late Show with Stephen Colbert with an outrageous list of requests, and last night (August 3) finally marked the divas' arrival.

The band turned up to play a couple tracks off Everything Now, and Colbert and his crew got in on the meta media joke of it all by complying with some of the band's ridiculous demands.

The performance segment opened with Colbert sipping from a very visible can of Chemistry energy drink, before a full-blown Everything Now Corporation commercial aired. Following the elaborate intro, the band performed "Everything Now" and "Creature Comfort" — despite their request to do five or six songs.

Colbert also totally went off script and dared to speak to Richard Reed Perry. And it looks like he forgot the vegan hot dogs.
