Portland indie pop troupe Wampire recently announced their sophomore record Bazaar, and now they've revealed plans for an autumn North American tour.
The band are currently opening on tour for Temples, but they won't be taking a break before stepping into the headlining role. Wampire's last show with Temples will be on October 1, with their own tour kicking off the next night (October 2).
Wampire will be joined by soft-sounding Montreal popsters TOPS for the tour, which will make a couple Canadian stops — one in Toronto on October 14, followed by an appearance in TOPS' hometown the following evening (October 15).
In addition to the tour announcement, Wampire have shared another cut from the forthcoming album. "The Amazing Heart Attack" opens with some ominous-sounding chatter and laughter before launching into an eerie-guitar driven number that poses the question: "Have you ever had a heart attack?"
