I Can't Rap is likely a reference to some of Waka's early critical detractors, but he proves them wrong here, sounding as vital and talented as ever on the 20-song mix. The release is a welcome combination of original tracks and reworks of songs from Kanye West, Schoolboy Q, Drake and Lil Wayne, among others.
