Voxtrot

Who needs albums when you can keep the buzz going with a string of EPs? Austin’s Voxtrot have become the go-to band for seductive pop on either headphones or the dance floor. Their third EP, Your Biggest Fan, offers up another sumptuous trio of songs, but this b-side surprisingly trumps the title track single. Draped in full-on indie garb, they take a page out of Belle & Sebastian’s book by using a familiar verse-chorus structure and melody, as well as namedropping favourite cult label Cherry Red.
