East Coast indie-folk troupe Villages released their new EP Upon the Horizon today via Sonic Records, and with it, they've shared a new video for the record's title track.

Directed by Mel Stone with additional effects by Jeff Miller, the video is a psychedelic, cosmic trek into the wilderness.

"Being locked up naturally conjured visions of escapism," the band's Matt Ellis previously said about their new record in a statement. "Escaping to the wilderness has always been a way to find peace, but when even that was not an option it was yet another thing that had been taken for granted."

In addition to the video and EP's release, Villages have announced another date on their Atlantic tour. Their originally scheduled five-date tour will see a sixth performance in Halifax on December 11. Tickets for that show are available now through Sonic Concerts.
