Vancouver's Winter Waste 2014 Brings Out Tough Age, Cool, Skinny Kids
Winter Waste, the snowy season sister event to Vancouver's Music Waste festival, has just announced its second annual edition will feature a headlining set from the likes of Mint Records' Tough Age and more.

A Facebook listing notes that the gig goes down February 1 at Vancouver venue the Astoria and will feature eight bands playing on two different stages. On top of Tough Age, this includes new Apollo Ghosts offshoot Cool, as well as Skinny Kids, Dead Soft, Godmode Game666, Pups, Industrial Priest Overcoats and Other Jesus.

Set times have yet to be announced, but the cover runs at $5 until 10 p.m. and $10 for the rest of the night.

The two-stage set-up was employed at the Astoria for the inaugural Winter Waste, which brought out the likes of Peace, Apollo Ghosts and Lie.
