Vancouver's Westward Music Festival Unveils 2019 Lineup with Black Mountain, Owen Pallett, Joji

Paper Kites, Lissie, the Wonder Years, Leikeli47, Titus Andronicus, Le1f and more will also play

Westward Music Festival is returning to Vancouver this year, and the event has just announced its 2019 lineup.

The third annual festival takes place on September 12 to 15 at various Vancouver venues. Acts include Joji, the Paper Kites, Lissie, Phum Viphurit, Leikeli47 and Black Mountain.

Other artists include Busty and the Bass, Mt. Joy, Junglepussy, the Wonder Years, Joseph, Owen Pallett, Le1f, Ziggy Alberts, Titus Andronicus, Elder Island, Why?, Zack Villere, Travis Thompson and Honors.

In addition to Black Mountain, other local acts include Harlequin Gold, Bombargo, Little Sprout, Needles//Pins, Casinos, Chase Your Words, Chief State, Kim Gray, Club Sofa and Douse.

"We are excited to have Westward Music Festival return in its third year to the Vancouver community, bringing local and international artists to iconic venues such as the Vogue, Imperial and the Biltmore right in the heart of Vancouver," said director of MRG Concerts Justin Kwan in a statement. "We are confident that this is our most exciting and energetic lineup to date, and we hope that we can continue to present the city with world class musicians alongside Vancouver's amazing artists."
