Experimental Vancouver electronic unit Kensington Gore are set to make their next recorded statement. Promising to unleash "propulsive electronics, eerie sci-fi soundscapes and Kosmische chug," the duo's Hexagon album is set to touch down on March 2 via More Than Human.
Made up of six tracks, the full-length marks the sophomore effort from the duo of Stephen Wood and Scott Gubbels. A press release states that while the LP is full of darkened undertones and dystopian leanings, it's also an optimistic record, weaving in "wistful melodies and subtle shades of instrumentation."
"It's an intriguing combination," the press release adds. "Like an ancient curse whispered in a space station."

Hexagon was mastered by Vancouver sound guru Joshua Stevenson at Otic Sound. It's cover art, which you can see above, was done by Black Mountain synth hero Jeremy Schmidt (a.k.a. Sinoia Caves).
