The Vancouver Folk Music Festival returns to the city's Jericho Beach Park on July 19 to 21, and organizers have announced a number of heavy-hitters will hit the stage for the 36th edition of the event.

While we previously learned that Ontario sad-sack hero Hayden would be there for the first night of festivities, the festival announced the rest of the lineup today (May 9), with a few of the bigger artists including Steve Earle & the Dukes, songwriting icon Loudon Wainwright III, Kathleen Edwards and Cold Specks.

Also playing the outdoor weekend event are Hannah Georgas, Aidan Knight, Delhi 2 Dublin, DeVotchKa, Mo Kenney, the Cat Empire, Justin Rutledge, Del Barber, the Dixie Chicks' Natalie Maines, Kinnie Starr, the Waterboys, the Wooden Sky, Danny Michel and the Garifuna Collective, Debo Band and more.

You can get the full lineup details over here.

Early bird weekend passes are currently running at $135 for adults, $80 for students, $55 for youths aged 13 to 18, and $60 for seniors. The price goes up a bit on sales made between June 18 and July 18, with tickets costing even more at the gate. You can get the breakdown on all the prices on passes and single day tickets over here.
