Usher

"Chains" (ft. Nas & Bibi Bourelly) (video)

BY Gregory AdamsPublished Oct 16, 2015

"While racial injustice keeps killing, society keeps looking away," reads the intro to R&B singer Usher's police violence protest number, "Chains." Fans are asked to face the problem head-on with an interactive clip.

The video asks for access to your computer's in-built camera. The video streams the images of recent victims of police shootings, like Trayvon Martn, Rekia Boyd and Caesar Cruz. Each time you look away from the screen, the video stops playing. It all serves to bring light to the ongoing violence.

"I've had enough," Usher says passionately on the track, which also features Bibi Bourelly and Nas.

You can see the video over here via TIDAL.
