Uniter

"Red Lights" (video)

Following time spent in Red Autumn Fall, Infighter and Shoot the Image, Toronto musician Simeon Ross has now announced he's moving forward with a new project called Uniter. Today (July 15) marks the premiere of the group's first single, "Red Lights," which was unveiled in a new music video.

The track will be available on Uniter's forthcoming self-titled EP. As you'll discover down below, "Red Lights" traffics in Brit-styled alt-rock, with the various elements of lightened guitar, brushed but busy drums, and softened vocal harmonies suggesting the influence of Coldplay or Doves.

The video, meanwhile, finds the shadowy band playing the song while being back lit by multicoloured projections.

You can see the video down below, while Uniter's EP lands August 28 and the single comes out on July 24.

Tour dates:

07/25 Calgary, AB - Palomino
07/27 Edmonton, AB - Cask & Barrel
