Unholy Grave Grind Killers

One of grindcore's most prodigious, if often overlooked, bands, Japan's Unholy Grave (trivia: their name was wisely taken from Death's "Beyond The Unholy Grave") release yet another barrage of beastly requiems on 23-track effort Grind Killers. Raging away at breakneck speeds and bellowing like Satan's flatulence, the quartet ravage with their foundation-crumbling bottom end, squealing guitars and keen sense of humour, notably on a blasting version of the Ramones' "Beat On The Brat." Sure, it's a bit gimmicky and the sound quality is poor at best, but when delivered with such passion and enthusiasm how could one not love it? (Selfmadegod)
