The Underachievers

'The Lords of Flatbush' (mixtape)

Following this week's announcement that the Underachievers will be travelling with Ab-Soul, the Pro Era and more as part of this fall's "Smokers Club Tour," the Beast Coast duo have unveiled their latest mixtape, The Lords of Flatbush.

The tape is their second of the year, following Indigoism, and finds Issa Dash and AK running hard atop beats almost entirely supplied by Lex Luger. This includes the swiftly spat lines on the brawny synth-and snare excursion "Flexing," the jazzy, piano-snapping "Melody of the Free," and more. Flatbush Zombies' Erick Arc Elliott brought forth the woozy, soul-sampling beat for out-of-this-world set closer "N.A.S.A."

The Underachievers hit Montreal and Toronto this fall as part of the Smokers Club Tour. You can get the show info over here.
