Unbelievers

Mark "Moby” Holman shakes off the break-up of his previous bands — the metal-tinged Minx and Scratching Post — and rediscovers his punk rock roots with this quartet. Drawing influences from Ramones to the Runaways, this is old school (or "old’s cool”) four-chord punk rock to the point where a cover of the Misfits’ "Where Eagles Dare” sounds like an original composition. The band’s regular out of town gigging has clearly allowed them to hone their chops while appearing comfortably at home on stage.
