These UK dance music dudes really have it all in the digital age: cool nicknames, huge turnouts for their shows, cross-marketing with other electronic artists, song download numbers through the roof and remixes up the kazoo. And one of the most tech-savvy UK dance artists, D. Ramirez (aka Dean Marriot), is getting ready to launch new material while releasing a plethora of online content.

To add to the delight of his North American followers, the British DJ and producer is temporarily calling Los Angeles home while he works on his projects, playing a handful of shows in August, including dates in Toronto and Montreal.

Ramirez, dubbed "the producer's producer" by his cohorts, is offering free downloads of new material, including an MP3 of a brand new track called "Satur8" with remixes by Infusion's Jamie Stevens, a three-part in-studio production tutorial and even D. Ramirez wallpaper (woo-hoo!).

In addition, he plans to make available a one-hour downloadable mix each month for the price of free, with July's joint featuring the likes of Depeche Mode, Will Saul, Stuart Bridges, Dirty Vegas and, of course, D. Ramirez.

This summer, Ramirez also is set to work on collaborations with Underworld, Matt Tolfrey, and Mark Knight and Roberts Owens, as well as a remix of Skunk Anansie's "Twisted."

Here are all Ramirez's North American dates: Tour dates:

8/14 Houston, TX - Richs
8/15 Los Angeles, CA -€“ Giant at Vanguard
8/27 Montreal, QC -€“ Club Parking
8/28 Toronto, ON -€“ This Is London
