Ty Segall and the Muggers Deliver Creepy "Candy Sam" Performance on 'Colbert'

BY Sarah MurphyPublished Feb 12, 2016

Ty Segall is currently supporting his latest record Emotional Mugger with the help of a backing band that includes the likes of King Tuff and Mikal Cronin, and the gang stopped by The Late Show with Stephen Colbert last night (February 11) to share a rendition of album cut "Candy Sam" with the TV-viewing masses.

Donning white face paint, apparently in an attempt to emulate the terrifying baby face that graces the cover of the new album, the band delivered a fully charged theatrical spectacle that included some bewildered audience members reluctantly accepting candy out of a brown paper bag from Segall.

The freaky live show starts rolling through North America next week, and you can find the remaining tour dates listed below. Past those, hit play to see Segall and the Muggers perform "Candy Sam" on Colbert's show.
