Two Hours Traffic, Paper Lions, Boxer the Horse and More Gets Set for ECMA Showcases

Next month, the East Coast Music Awards will come to Charlottetown, PEI. In the days leading up to the ceremony on April 17, the city will play host to East Coast Music Week, which begins on April 13. This event includes performances from many of the major players in the Atlantic Canada music scene, such as Two Hours Traffic (pictured), Paper Lions and Boxer the Horse.

A pair of showcases being put on by Luck Productions and Exclaim.ca will feature several of these acts. The first showcase will take place on April 14, as the Hometown Hoedown will include roots artists such as the Grass Mountain Hobos, Nudie & the Turks, Katie McGarry, Gordie MacKeeman & His Rhythm Boys, Racoon Bandit, and Haunted Hearts.

The second showcase will go down two days later on April 16. Dubbed That Rock Show, it will bring together such acts as Two Hours Traffic, Molly Rankin, Boxer the Horse, English Words, Paper Lions, North Lakes and the Danks.
