If you're excited about TV on the Radio guitarist Kyp Malone's buzz-worthy solo project, Rain Machine, we've got some great news for you. Besides the impending release date of his self-titled debut record, which is coming out on September 22 via Anti- Records, Malone will also be taking his new project on the road this fall.

The tour kicks off in Brooklyn on September 21 and sees Malone bring his band on a full month of touring. Along the way, they'll make Canadian stops in Vancouver, Toronto and Montreal.

In a press release from Anti-, Malone described the project as "a nearly full spectrum of frequencies audible to the human ear, a reflection of a variety of emotions and situations real and imagined - some rhythm, some rhyme." Not sure about you but that sounds pretty promising to us.
