Tricky, Gary Numan, Johnny Jewel Assemble for 'Ghost in the Shell' Soundtrack

BY Josiah HughesPublished Mar 16, 2017

Like it or not, the live-action Ghost in the Shell remake is full steam ahead for release on March 31. We've already heard an abysmal taste of the soundtrack from EDM dude Steve Aoki, but things are looking much better with the full tracklisting.

Along with Aoki's bro-step monstrosity, the soundtrack is stuffed with some fascinating choices. The release features music from Gary Numan, Tricky, Johnny Jewel (of Chromatics and Glass Candy fame) and Boys Noize. As if that weren't enough, there's also a collaboration between DJ Shadow and Nils Frahm.

Tricky's "Escape" track is available to stream below, while the rest of the release will drop on the same day as the movie through Paramount Pictures and Kobalt.

Check out the soundtrack's tracklisting and listen to Tricky's new song below.
