A Tribe Called Red Book Canada-Heavy North American Winter Tour

BY Alex HudsonPublished Nov 18, 2013

Self-described "pow wow step" trio A Tribe Called Red have spent their extremely successful 2013 releasing music, playing shows and spreading their political message, and they will carry this momentum into 2014 with yet more tour dates.

After a break over the holidays, the Ottawa-based beat-makers will hit the road in early February. The North American outing will find the group playing 15 shows in a little more than a month. A few of the gigs are in the U.S., but most of the shows will be here in Canada.

Additionally, the band will perform this week at M for Montreal. See the full schedule below.

Fans can expect the shows to include plenty of A Tribe Called Red's signature blend of pounding electro and traditional Aboriginal music. But remember — please show some cultural respect when picking an outfit to wear to the concerts.
