Taking a break from beating the skins in Blink-182 and designing god-awful clothing, world class drummer Travis Barker has been hard at work on a long-rumoured solo album called Give the Drummer Some. The album is said to feature Eminem, RZA, Drake, Lil Wayne, T.I., Rihanna, Tom Morello, the Transplants, A-Trak and many others.
The album, which is scheduled to drop this fall, sounds too star-studded to be real. To prove that it actually exists, Barker has leaked the track "Jump Down," featuring Chicago rappers the Cool Kids. While it doesn't boast impressive drum soloing or heavy-hitting celebrity guests, it does serve as a tasty little hip-hop track, tempting the idea that this album might actually be pretty good.
