Transplants to Return with 'In a Warzone'

Start scrubbing your scalps: Fructis-pushing punk- and hip-hop unit Transplants have finally announced their return. The band's next album In a Warzone is reportedly set to wash over us this May.

Transplants made the announcement through their Facebook page, which confirms both the title and the projected spring due date. No other details have surfaced on the set just yet.

This will be the act's third LP, their first since 2005's Haunted Cities, and apparently it's been in the works for some time. Singer/guitarist Tim Armstrong had previously hinted at the end of 2011 that they had already laid down a bunch of tracks.

"We were meeting at Travis Barker's studio every Tuesday, also known as Transplants Tuesday," he said at the time. "We would just go up and play there, so we've got some tracks, but we're going to try to finish that up in December."

Down below you can catch a live video of the title track, performed at a 2012 concert in Los Angeles.
