Published Jun 23, 2015We recently learned the initial lineup for the Toronto edition of the multi-city, multi-day music event Riot Fest. Today, that lineup has been expanded with some fairly major additions.
Most notably, iconic alt-rock act Weezer have been added to the bill. And before you start moaning about how you don't like Weezer anymore, get this — they'll be playing their classic albums The Blue Album and Pinkerton in full. They'll perform one album on each day of the fest, which takes place on September 19 and 20.
Other additions to the fest include the Prodigy, Bleachers, Cancer Bats, Courage My Love and Ritual.
They'll join the previously announced lineup of Alexisonfire, Wu-Tang Clan, Rancid, Motörhead, All Time Low, Tyler, the Creator, Coheed and Cambria, Drive Like Jehu, Echo & the Bunnymen, Thrice, Frank Turner, Eagles of Death Metal, Against Me!, Babes in Toyland, Yelawolf, the Airborne Toxic Event, the Joy Formidable, Andrew W.K., Bayside, GWAR, the Thurston Moore Band, FIDLAR, Doomtree, Jazz Cartier, D.O.A., Moneen, Die Mannequin, Heat, OBGMs, Wildlife, Nova Rockafeller, the Dirty Nil, Indian Handcrafts, Like Pacific, the Dying Arts, Safe to Say, PARTYCAT, Willa, Tasha the Amazon, Rarity, Foxtrott, Twin River, Black Mastiff, and Tomahawk Love.
