Toronto's East End Rockabilly Weekend #4 Nabs the Living Deads, Ronnie Hayward, the Royal Crowns, the Hellbound Hepcats

Once again, Toronto is about to get doused in hair grease and engine oil thanks to the East End Rockabilly Weekend #4. The annual festival will return to the Dominion on Queen for its latest instalment on the weekend of September 21 to 23, bringing with it a host of musical performers and other attractions.

September 21's bill will include the Living Deads, the Hellbound Hepcats and the Greasemarks. The evening will also include a screening of 1957's Jamboree!, plus DJ Rockin' Dave Faris.

The September 22 matinee will be a CD release party for Ronnie Hayward, who will launch Crazy Woman Blues. The evening show will feature the Royal Crowns, Tennessee Voodoo Coupe, and Eddy Blake and the Honky Tonk Heartbreakers, plus DJ Matchbox and the Canadian premiere of the hot-rod rock doc Gears, Grease and Guitars.

The festivities will come to a close with the Honky Tonk Brunch on September 23, featuring the Hanksters.

Other attractions throughout the weekend include a rockabilly photo exhibit, dance lessons, food vendors and more.
