Tommy Lee Says He's Moving to Greece If Trump Is Re-Elected

He's also beefing with Ted Nugent while a fake quote from the Mötley Crüe member goes viral

Mötley Crüe/Post Malone drummer Tommy Lee is not exactly known as a political pundit, but his thoughts on the upcoming American election have got people riled up.

In a new interview with The Big Issue, Lee said that he's leaving America to set up a home in Greece if Donald Trump gets a second term as president. "Dude, I swear to god if that happens then I'm coming over to visit the UK. I'm out of here," he said. "I'll go back to my motherland, go back to Greece and get a house on one of the islands."

He added, "I feel like people in Europe and the rest of the world look at America and think: 'What the fuck are you guys doing over there? Stop voting for celebrities and get someone real to run the country,'"

Those quotes from Lee are very real, but he's also been trending all day from an Instagram screenshot that is possibly old or fake or both. The low-res text post says that Democrats are going to have revenge on Republicans by melting down guns and turning them "into a gargantuan metal mountain emblazoned with the face of Hillary Clinton." They are also apparently going to create a new LGBTQ-owned version of "Chik Fil A" that serves a boiled unseasoned chicken breast named after Mike Pence.
 

The real Tommy Lee Twitter account is also beefing with Ted Nugent. The Nuge called Lee "a convicted felon, domestic violence heroin addict" in an interview with Blunt Force Truth, to which Lee replied with the following tweet:
