TLC Detail Greatest-Hits Release and Biopic, Promise New Album in 2014

BY Josiah HughesPublished Sep 23, 2013

Chart-dominating '90s R&B group TLC recently announced a signing with Epic Records to deliver a greatest-hits album. Though initially said to feature four new tracks, that idea's been scrapped. Instead, they'll release the compilation now and a new LP next year.

The compilation release is called 20 and features 13 of the band's biggest bangers, including "Waterfalls," "No Scrubs," "Unpretty" and many more. There is one brand new song as well, a collaboration with Ne-Yo called "Meant to Be."

There was also a rumoured collaboration with Lady Gaga, but there's no word on what happened to that song. Perhaps we'll hear it in 2014, as surviving TLC members Rozonda "Chilli" Thomas and Tionne "T-Boz" Watkins have promised an LP of all new material.

For now, we know that 20 will arrive on October 15. Check out the official tracklisting below.

Just under a week later, on October 21, VH1 will air CrazySexyCool: The TLC Story, a biopic about the group starring Lil Mama as Lisa "Left Eye" Lopes as well as Drew Sidora as T-Boz and KeKe Palmer as Chilli. Watch a trailer for that below.
