New Jersey rockers Titus Andronicus are back with their seventh studio album. The Will to Live arrives September 30 via Merge Records.

Aided by Canadian producer Howard Bilerman, The Will to Live chases the mythical idea of the "Ultimate Rock." This concept is also explored in lead single "(I'm) Screwed," out today. Its accompanying Ray Concepcion-directed music video shows the band playing on the back of a flatbed truck at an Independence Day parade in their hometown, Glen Rock, NJ.

"In '(I'm) Screwed,' we are introduced to the narrator of The Will to Live at the moment he realizes the walls are closing in," Titus Andronicus frontman Patrick Stickles said in a release. "Be it real or imagined, he feels the pressure building on all sides, a feeling to which many of us can relate, I imagine. His faith and fortitude are tested like never before, and the narrative of the album will reveal whether that pressure crushes him or produces a diamond."

He continued: "It may strike some as ironic we had to go to Canada to record our equivalent to Born in the USA, but the pursuit of Ultimate Rock knows no borders."

In support of the new record, Titus Andronicus are embarking on a North American tour this fall, hitting up Toronto, Ottawa, and Montreal in October along the way. Tickets go on sale Friday, July 22, here.
