Tim Moxam Premieres "Honesty" Video

The track comes from his upcoming album 'Marlborough Hall'

Canadian singer-songwriter Tim Moxam will release his latest album Marlborough Hall next month, but before the LP arrives, he's delivered a video for "Honesty."

"'The Honesty' video concept was born well before we recorded the song," Moxam tells Exclaim! "I wanted to grow my hair out and was thinking of how readily we are judged based on our appearance; how we choose to dress, use makeup, and cut and style our hair."

After wrapping the first video shoot day, he was inspired to push the idea further — shaving everything off and letting it grow out again. Five months later, with his hair and beard all grown out again, he shot more footage for the video, experimenting with even more looks.

The video was filmed by James Cooper and Teo Weyman, and edited by Ryan Thompson. The styling was done by Jukka Suutari.

Check out the results of the hair and wardrobe experiments below.

Marlborough Hall is due out March 29 via Roaring Girl Records.
