Swedish/Canadian pop dramatists Thus:Owls released their album Harbours last fall, and now they're going about promoting it with a Canadian tour and a video for the track "Roots."
This is a live performance clip, but it takes a more artistic approach than we typically see from a concert video. It's a sepia-toned affair that features all sorts of close-up framing and ghostly image layering. The dreamy visual approach works especially well towards the end, when a jagged guitar freakout takes over the mellow track.
