Last month, bass virtuoso Stephen Bruner announced plans to resurrect his Thundercat project with a new album called Apocalypse. Now, he's shared another track from the album.
Co-produced by Flying Lotus, "Oh Sheit It's X" is a remarkably funky if laid-back banger. The song features warbly funk bass, weird disco strings and a four-on-the-floor beat alongside some incredibly suave vocals that declare "I just want to party." Good morning to you too, Thundercat!
