Thom Yorke Debuts New Alias with SBTRKT Remix?
Here's a new rumour for you to mull over. On May 8, SBTRKT will release a twelve-inch single for his track "Hold On," which comes with a remix by someone called SiSi BakBak. Now, rumours are circulating that SiSi BakBak may actually be Radiohead frontman Thom Yorke.

Where do these rumours come from? Well, KEXP 90.3 FM host Cheryl Waters claimed that the remix was made by someone who will play Seattle's Key Arena, which would fit, given that Radiohead are scheduled to play there on April 9. Adding fuel to the fire, Rob da Bank from the BBC tweeted, "listening to the thom yorke mix of @SBTRKT for the 18th time...unbeatable!"

Perhaps the most compelling piece of evidence, however, is the song itself. With its sputtering electro beats, chopped-up vocals and ghoulish synths, this is a dead ringer for something that could have come from The Eraser or Kid A. Take a listen below.

Pitchfork contacted a Beggars Group publicist who didn't confirm Yorke's involvement either way. While we wait to see how this one unfolds, pre-order the single from XL.
