​Third Eye Blind Enlist Billy Corgan, Sleigh Bells, Poliça for New Album 'Screamer'

Third Eye Blind have announced their sixth studio album. The record is titled Screamer, and it will arrive on October 18.
 
Screamer marks the full-length follow-up to 2015's Dopamine, as well as the 2018 covers EP Thanks for Everything.
 
The album hears Stephan Jenkins and co. working with new collaborators this time around, including Smashing Pumpkins leader Billy Corgan, Sleigh Bells' Alexis Krauss, Poliça and Marijuana Death Squad's Ryan Olson.
 
"My current mood resonates with rebellion, energy, courage, and risk," Jenkins said in a statement. "I seek to combine it with a percussive level of musical immediacy in this collection of songs to cultivate collective idealism and an unapologetic aspiration towards humanistic values."
 
The first single to arrive is the title track, which features vocals courtesy of Krauss.
