Theophilus London Rolls Out 2012 North American Dates, Plans New Remix Album
Brooklyn avant-rapper Theophilus London stunned many throughout 2011, weaving rock, soul, electro-funk, '80s pop and more into his lauded Timez Are Weird These Days LP, and some newly announced tour dates mean he'll keep stunning crowds in 2012.

London's upcoming concert schedule looks a little sparse, but so far he's booked a short string of 2012 shows, two of which take place in Canada. The rapper hits up Vancouver's Fortune Sound Club January 18 and Toronto's Wrongbar on February 17. You can check the currently confirmed schedule down below.

In other news, London will be remixing his entire Timez Are Weird These Days for a new release, which will arrive in April. For one of the remixes, "All Around the World," the eclectic hip-hopper is teaming up with Bing and offering fans the opportunity to reinterpret the number. The winner will get to re-record their version of the song in-studio with London, and there is also a cash prize of $3,500.

Aspiring beatsmiths can find more details about the contest, which ends in January, over here.
