John Dwyer delivered his Bunker Funk effort as Damaged Bug earlier this year, but the songwriter is set to hit the road again with Thee Oh Sees throughout spring, summer and fall.
The group will spend the bulk of May and June touring throughout Europe, with a run of dates on the continent also rounding out the month of August before their return to North America in September.
Among the newly announced North American dates are a trio of Canadian shows, with the band playing back-to-back evenings in Montreal and Toronto on September 14 and 15, respectively. The second-last date of the trek will bring the group back to Vancouver's Commodore Ballroom on September 24.
Though Thee Oh Sees haven't released a new full-length since last year's An Odd Entrances, a press release questions, "Could the new dates be an indicator of a busy 2017 from the John Dwyer-led outfit? Could these dates point to the possibility of a new record(s)? One can only hope..."
While we keep our eyes and ears open for any news of new material, take in the band's new batch of tour dates below. You can find those previously announced summer dates here.
