The Raconteurs Release Two New Songs: Listen
As promised, the Raconteurs are back. Having announced that new material was about to arrive, Jack White's band have released two new songs. The singles "Sunday Driver" and "Now That You're Gone" are available to stream now.

White sings lead on "Sunday Driver," a crunchy riff-rock tune that ventures into dreamy psychedelia in its second half. White's bandmate Brendan Benson sings "Now That You're Gone," which is a slower number with a barroom pop vibe.

Sonically, the tunes pick up where 2008's Consolers of the Lonely left off — which is to say they're very different from the experimental electronic leanings of White's 2018 LP, Boarding House Reach.

Hear the songs in the Spotify player below. The Raconteurs have said that a new album will arrive in 2019 via Third Man Records. These songs, presumably, will be on it.

The songs come on a 7-inch that's part of Third Man's new Vault subscription package.
