Those of us who spent the last few years anticipating (or dreading) another ska revival were missing the point. Ska has been with us all along, in the fabric of our everyday lives. That said, skappreciation is through the roof thanks to the efforts of genius YouTuber Ska Tune Network.

While the artist often trades in ska covers of non-ska songs, the latest video is even more special, as it explore the Mighty Mighty Bosstones' "The Impression I Get" as reimagined through various genres.

The video features everything from drumline and doowop through powerviolence and Midwest emo. The song is even imagined as a Studio Ghibli-style piano suite.

Reframing a ska classic through myriad genres also does wonders for the pro-ska lobby, as it demonstrates just how fantastic a song "The Impression That I Get" really is.
