Long-running videogame franchise Final Fantasy is gearing up to unleash its incredibly long-awaited instalment this fall, and another new trailer for the upcoming game has just been unveiled.
It's not just RPG geeks that have something to freak out over, though — music fans have been treated to a cover of the Ben E. King classic "Stand by Me" in the new clip, and the song arrives courtesy of Florence and the Machine, with frontwoman Florence Welch putting her own heartfelt spin on the track.
"I've always seen Final Fantasy as mythical, beautiful and epic," said Florence Welch in a statement. "'Stand by Me' is one of the greatest songs probably of all time and you can't really improve on it, you just have to make it your own. For me it was just about bringing the song into the world of Florence and the Machine and the world of Final Fantasy."
