The Dirty Nil have shared a new song from their forthcoming album Fuck Art. Listen to "One More and the Bill" below.

"Let's be clear: social media hates you," frontman Luke Bentham said of the song, which he described as "an ode to the primitive, casting off the shackles and enjoying life while you've got it."

"Smash my TV / Smash my phone / Leave politics alone / Go outside for a while," he sings on the track.

The single is being billed as the "emotional centrepiece" of the band's new album, which is set to arrive on January 1 through Dine Alone Records.

It's the latest in a string of new songs from Fuck Art, following the release of music videos for "Blunt Force Concussion," "Doom Boy" and "Done with Drugs," as well as a cover of Nirvana's Bleach favourite "School."

The Dirty Nil's last full-length release was 2018's Master Volume
